Glacier National Park!
Every RVer must visit Glacier!
A wonderful vacation!
Early June is such a wonderful time to visit Glacier Park. The crowds
have not begun. There are tons of campsites everywhere. It is cool.
Perfect hiking weather.
Logan Pass On "Going To The Sun Road" is closed sometimes, as it is right now.
However, the Pass opened up during our stay at Glacier Park.
Glacier National Park is a fabulous place for RVers. There are many park campgrounds with
places for RVs.
We had no trouble during early June, 2004, finding campsites in any of the Park
Lake McDonald at Apgar Campground in East Glacier Park.
Everybody who goes to Glacier National Park wants to take the "Going To The Sun Road"
up to Logan Pass.
Along "Going To The Sun Road" there are endless waterfalls cascading down the mountain. Sometimes
the water seems to flow right out of the rock walls alongside this road.
Hundreds of waterfalls in June!

Hiking is fantastic all over Glacier Park. Even small hikes take you to wonderful places.
The pic below is Red Eagle Falls, a short hike from our Two Medicine Campground.
There is a 21 foot length limit on "Going to the Sun Road", which includes most RVs.
If you are not bringing a toad with you, touring "Going to the Sun Road" is still OK.
Red Bus Tours and other tour companies are available. In East Glacier, there is a
Dollar Rent-A-Car which is reasonable in cost.
Glacier Campground status.
Here is a nice Glacier website that gives loads of campground info. Take a peek, OK?
