Annual goals:Every year since meeting MsTioga, I have prepared a goal for the following year. I've chosen my birthday to prepare this goal. Note: I ceased making annual goals in 2009. Many of my past goals remain to be achieved and I continue to work on those.
Goal for my 71st year:January 29, 2008 [I was late with my goal this year!]
To be sensitive to my thoughts. When I think something is wrong, recognize it consciously. And take action in my own best interests.
Goal for my 70th year:November 27, 2007
To eat very slowly, and enjoy every bite of my wonderful food!

To seek a higher level of attainment for the goals to achieve my values.

To live in the now. Not dreaming about the future. Nor living in the past.
Does not mean I stop thinking about my past and future. Just that I don't project myself there.
