My Annual Goals




Annual goals:

Every year since meeting MsTioga, I have prepared a goal for the following year. I've chosen my birthday to prepare this goal.

Note: I ceased making annual goals in 2009. Many of my past goals remain to be achieved and I continue to work on those.

Goal for my 71st year:

January 29, 2008 [I was late with my goal this year!]
To be sensitive to my thoughts. When I think something is wrong, recognize it consciously. And take action in my own best interests.

Goal for my 70th year:

November 27, 2007
To eat very slowly, and enjoy every bite of my wonderful food!

Goal for my 69th year:

November 27, 2006
To seek a higher level of attainment for the goals to achieve my values.

Goal for my 68th year:

November 27, 2005
To live in the now. Not dreaming about the future. Nor living in the past.

Does not mean I stop thinking about my past and future. Just that I don't project myself there.

Goal for my 67th year:

November 27, 2004
To spend time every single day, deeply thinking about what I am doing, how I am doing it and how I can do it better!

Goal for my 66th year:

November 27, 2003
To be aware of my senses:
  • Sight
  • Smell
  • Touch
  • Taste
  • Hearing
To be sensitive to my surroundings.
