5AM - Mystery of the missing bills.
Yesterday while Michel and The Team were driving to the GasPasa place to buy propane, Michel was looking at our past propane bills. Michel was trying to figure out if we were using too much propane, 40 liters in two weeks. Later on, the bills completely disappeared. Could not find them anywhere inside MsTioga.

This morning while sweeping MsTioga's carpet, a paper clip was found that had the remnants of a bunch of papers still in its grasp. This was all that was left of the propane bills. Mystery solved! Apparently when I did laundry yesterday, the propane bills went thru the washer and dryer.

However, now that the mystery of the missing bills is solved, we are still wondering about our propane.  Don't you think that 40 liters of propane in two weeks is a lot?

9AM - Day Number 5 of the Lazy Daze Office Project.
For carpenters Chuy and his grandson Javier, today is for details. Access doors in the desktop are to be installed with hinges. Accurately locating the hinges may be difficult at times. Chuy worked for over an hour to fit in a panel to cover the end of the cabinet.

The round over molding along the edge of the desk had to be fitted and glued in place. And all of the screw and nail holes had to filled with wood putty in preparation for finishing.

12 Noon - Construction of the LD Office is done!
All that remains now is staining the wood and finishing with a clear coat. In the pic below, Michel looks over his new office.

Questions about Michel.
Many emails have been received from readers wondering why Michel needs such a large desk in his new Lazy Daze RV. Michel needs a large desk in order to work on photo projects. Often many photos must be spread out, and the large desk area allows for this.

Readers wondered where Michel will sleep, now that the couch beds in the new office room are gone. Michel sleeps in the cabover bed, and finds the bed very comfortable. He sleeps on a Tempur mattress, which Michel says is wonderful.

Michel's paid Chuy and his grandson Javier $250US labor and materials for the new office desk.

2PM - Ana Karen likes computers.
On Saturdays when there is no school, Alejandra, Ana and Victor stay at Poncho's home down the hill while the adults are at work. When the kids came home this afternoon, Ana Karen went straight for MsTioga. Yesterday Ana was not able to use the computer because her sister Alejandra would not let her.

I was surprised how much computer savvy Ana has. Ana told me that she is able to use computers at school.

5PM - Lovely afternoon.
After going shopping in El Centro, Michel and George sat in the garden looking at the lovely view below us. There is no wind, and it is a wonderful day at Hill Camp.
